1. Services
LoftFinder provides concierge loft search and booking assistance ("Services"). Fees for Services are non-transferable but may qualify for scheduling adjustments as described below.
1.1 Scheduling Adjustments
Clients may request to reschedule Services up to 72 hours before the appointment at no extra cost. Requests made fewer than 72 hours before the appointment incur a fee equal to 50% of the original service charge.
1.2 Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations submitted at least 30 days before the scheduled service date qualify for an 80% refund. Cancellations made between 15 and 29 days before the service qualify for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 14 days of the scheduled service are not eligible for a refund due to preparatory work already performed.
Approved refunds for Services will be processed back to the original billing method within 10 business days of approval.
2. Informational Products
LoftFinder may offer digital guides, reports, and virtual workshops ("Info Products"). Due to immediate access and download, Info Products are not eligible for a refund once access has been granted.
2.1 Defect Reporting
If an Info Product is defective or inaccessible, clients may request a replacement or credit of equivalent value within 7 days of purchase. All such requests must include proof of the issue.
3. Physical Goods
LoftFinder may sell branded merchandise and printed materials ("Goods"). All exchanges and refunds for Goods adhere to this policy.
3.1 Exchange and Refunds
Goods in original, unused condition may be exchanged or refunded within 14 days of delivery. Shipping costs for exchanges or refunds are the responsibility of the client. Once we receive and inspect the item, eligible refunds will be issued via the original payment method or, at the client’s option, as a credit note for future purchases. Processing time is up to 10 business days after inspection.
3.2 Non-Exchangeable Items
Opened or used items, customized products, and clearance items are not eligible for exchange or refund.
4. Payment
All charges are processed through secure third-party gateways. By providing payment details, you authorize LoftFinder to charge the full amount for Services, Info Products, and Goods. You must supply accurate billing information.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LoftFinder is not responsible for indirect or special losses arising from use of our offerings. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service or product in question.
6. Changes to Terms
LoftFinder reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting. Continued use of our offerings after changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
